The Pretzel Maker was at inception in 1991 named Pretzelvania by its founder Jeffrey Trip.  For the purposes of national franchising, the name was changed to Pretzelmaker franchise.  The very first Pretzelmaker was set up in Trumbull in the US state of Connecticut. 

 

By the year 1995, there were 40 stores that were in operation. At the moment there were over 100 franchises spread all over but majority of them are in the West Coast of the US. Pretzelmaker offers soft pretzels that are rolled by hand, dipping success, beverages and various other products of the inventive soft pretzel.

 

 The preztzel from Pretzel maker include ten flavors including Parmesan, Garlic, Ranch and Cinnamon Sugar.  It still offers its pretzel that is topped with butter and salt.  In addition to these products, the pretzel maker also offers various dipping sauces ranging from nano cheese to Caramel.

 

The drinks that are offered include breezes and the lemonade that is frothily squeezed. The pretzels of pretzel maker are special in that they are twisted, rolled and freshly baked in store right in front of the eyes of the customer. 

 

In the year 2008, pretzel maker launched the campaign dubbed Combo Crazy that was intended at increasing the availability of all its menus. This campaign offered all the customers the chance of winning prizes after the purchasing or combos that included soft drinks, pretzels and soft drink. 

 

At the moment, the Pretzel Time has more than 190 stores that are located in 430 different states of the US and in five other foreign countries.  The stores of Pretzel maker are present in more than 190 locations in 33 different US states and two foreign countries.

The Pretzelmaker franchise is a low cost franchise that you cannot compare to any other in the market in terms of flexibility coupled with high returns of investment.  The total investment will cost you between $145,000 and $254,000.  The initial franchise fee is $25,000, the royalty fee is &% from the gross sales that you make.
