Nurse Next Door is expanding into the USA and looking for the A-player who can serve as our Director of Franchise Sales and answer “YES!” to the following questions:

As Director of franchise sales jobs opportunity you will be responsible for spreading our caring talent by driving and awarding new franchise locations across North America.
Job Profile:
• responsible for Business Development through direct selling as well as Channel partners
• Identifying, selecting and training franchise partners
• Responsible of management of Franchises
• Establishing new franchisee centers by preparing a comprehensive franchisee network development strategy, including forecasts and budgets, maintaining franchise records and documentation.
• Tracking & monitoring contributions and performance of franchisees, responding to short falls and providing product support to the franchise network
• Prepare and present franchise projects for Approval
Candidate Profile:
• Five to Ten years of experience in franchise sales jobs opportunity & Channel Development
• Experience in Education and Training domains
• Experience in devising and implementing various franchisee product promotion techniques
• Exposure to coordinating with the franchisees and providing training to the franchise
Staff.
• Experience in preparation/ extension/ renewal of Franchisee Agreements.
