The training is geared to improving the health and lifestyle issues of most of the American society through provision of personal training to individuals between the ages of 15 to 80 years old. You will be responsible for giving clients that individualized personalized training that they require in order to be healthy. The initial franchising fee is $34,000. Total initial investment fee is $131,000 to $311,000. Financing of the franchise business is conducted through a third party financial services provider.

The territory of a franchisee is protected by Fitness Together franchisor. The franchisor has an inventor of all the available territories. As a franchisee, you can select and choose the one you want to go with. A territory will include 3500 households or more. The territory may be defined by the earning potential of the area, the demographics and the business profile of a particular area.

As a franchisee, you are given an option of buying a multi unit or a single unit franchise. International franchisees are obligated to buy area development licenses and offer multi unit businesses. A unit of the business requires a minimum of three and a maximum of five employees. Absentee ownership of the franchise business is allowed although 95% of the units are owner operated. To run multiple units, experience in the industry is also required.

Training and assistance is provided by Fitness Together. You will be provided with in person training for two people. In addition, you will be provided with an operations manual for your business franchise. Initial training is conducted at company headquarters; it will cover everything from starting to recruiting employees. As a trainee, you will get 40 hours of classroom work and the rest will be hands on in the field training. Additional people can also be trained at $2,500 per person.
